Davis Chinese Christian Church is seeking a Children’s Ministry (CM) Director. We are a growing, trilingual bicultural church with approximately 300 people in Davis, California, home to UC Davis - in Northern California. There are about 50 children from 18 months to 5th grade.
Hours: Part-time available, full time preferred. Salary and benefits are according to the qualification and experience.

Skill and Characteristics
Must be a spiritually mature Jesus Christ follower, have a lifestyle demonstrating faith and obedience and have a passion for Children's Ministry.
College education (with a degree or training related to Child Development, Education, or children ministry a plus).
3-5 years paid or volunteer work history within a church environment is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, computer, administration, and organizational skills.
The Director's primary responsibility is to build up an environment directed toward leading children and their families into a dynamic relationship with Christ. The CM director reports to the Council of Elders, works with the CM Core Team and other Pastors and staff members.
