Acacia Families is a small group affiliated with Acacia Community Groups of the Davis Chinese Christian Church (DCCC) focusing on the unique needs of parents with young children, especially those with infants.
We meet twice a month for potluck followed by Bible study, sharing/prayer, or guest speakers. Childcare is provided.
We understand the demands of this stage in life, so our meeting times and schedule are flexible according to the ebbs and flows of bedtimes and illnesses. As we share our lives in community, we find strength and comfort in God, who sets the example for our parenting. Our motto is: No guilt, think critically, and Gospel first.
